Summer Dining at the Mikasa or the Palmer Dining Rooms

The Culinary Institute of Charleston has two dining locations from which you may choose.  For information regarding The Mikasa Dining Room on Main campus, please dial 843.820.5087, then choose option one.  For information regarding the Palmer Dining Room on Palmer campus, please dial 843.820.5087, and then choose option two. 


MIKASA DINING ROOM, SUMMER 2012 RESERVATIONS

We are pleased to offer the following guidelines for making lunch reservations at the Mikasa Dining Room, on our Main Campus during Summer Semester 2012.

Please be mindful of the following when requesting reservations:

·         The Mikasa Dining Room opens for lunch at 11:30 am.  Parties arriving late may be refused service.  Due to class time constraints, guests are asked to complete their luncheon by1:00 pm. 
·         Please do not consider reservations confirmed until you receive a confirmation phone call, and please let us know as soon as possible if you require any changes to your reservation. 
·         Confirmation calls are usually made within three working days of the initial request.
·         A La Carte meals are $12.00.  Payment may be made with cash, credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) or checks made out to TTC, which must include driver’s license and phone numbers.
·         A credit card is required to hold reservations for groups larger than eight, with a final guest number confirmation due twenty-four working hours or earlier, prior to the reservation.  Groups larger than eight are also asked to make one payment.
·         Unreserved spaces will be re-advertised to TTC staff and students on a daily first-come, first-served basis as they become available.

Our staff and students make every effort to provide a tasteful and enjoyable dining experience for our patrons.  With that said, we take this opportunity to remind our guests that the Mikasa Dining Room is first and foremost a classroom and ask that you keep this in mind during your visit with us.  Thank you.

We are pleased to offer the following guidelines for a la carte lunch reservations at 181 Palmer, on our Palmer Campus during Summer Semester 2012.

Please be mindful of the following when requesting reservations:

·         The dining room opens at 12:00pm on dates noted below, with seating available at 12:00, 12:15, 12:30 and 12:45pm.  Guests should expect to be in the dining room for a minimum of one and a half hours.  Parties arriving late may be refused service.
·         We invite you to select one choice from each of the three courses offered.
·         Prix-fixe $15.00 per person.
·         Parties are limited to a maximum of four people per reservation. 
·         Please do not consider reservations confirmed until you receive a confirmation phone call (unless reserving through Open Table), and please let us know as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your reservation. 
·         Confirmation calls are usually made within three working days of the initial request.  If you reserve through Open Table, your reservation is immediately confirmed and we will not make a follow-up call.
·         Payment may be made with cash, credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) or checks made out to TTC with driver’s license and phone number written on the check.
·         Unreserved spaces will be re-advertised to TTC staff and students on a daily first-come, first-served basis as they become available.
