Recipe of the Week: Low-Calorie, Low-Fat Homemade Pizzas

Arnold 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
   (1 roll= 100 calories, 1g of fat)
Great Value Natural Pizza Sauce
   (1/4 cup= 30 calories, 1g of fat)
Great Value Finely Shredded Italian Style
   Cheese (1/3 cup= 80 calories, 6g of fat)

1.     Pre-heat oven to 350
2.     Use the sandwich thins as the crust for the pizza
3.     Spread pizza sauce on sandwich thins, as desired
4.     Sprinkle cheese on sauce, as desired
5.     Leave in oven until it is crispy (about 20 minutes)
6.     Enjoy your healthy, delicious pizzas
